Helping You Return to Your Birthright
In our sole-to-soul coaching session, I will help you return to your birthright – to live each day from a place of joy. Using a blend of visual breathing, energy healing, angel messages, affirmations, powerful, open-ended questions, flower essences and aromatherapy, I will help you create the life your soul desires. I may even include a toe reading or ask your animals for their input since they always have great messages of higher knowing to share. Animals have mastered the dance of being and doing and would love to share their wisdom with you.
Your Homework
What you track and notice as a result of our sessions is part of your “homework” and helps you blossom. You’ll find it quite helpful to journal about your impressions, dreams, and magical occurrences. We will also discuss specific tips and action steps that your guides and angels suggest for you to keep the energy moving forward beyond our session. And, we’ll put together a follow-up plan tailored to your unique needs…teamwork makes the dream work!

Angels & Spirit Guides

Working With Elementals

Expression Through Our Toes
Each of our toes is connected to a specific theme, such as purpose, communication or relationships. Our toes describe our unique experiences through their size, shape, spacing, lines, callouses, bunions, fungus, breaks, itchiness, redness, relationship to other toes and more.
Toe Reading Bring Wisdom & Change/
Our stories can change, and when they do, our toes will reflect the transformation! They mirror the positive experiences and inward struggles we often hold at a deep cellular level. We can create new patterns with affirmations, massage, essential oils and flower essences that correspond with the appropriate toe, and our physical toes will change to reflect this shift.
