  • Don’t be afraid to claim what is yours.
  • Your strut says a lot about your mood.
  • Retreat and love yourself when around harsh energy or environments.
  • Stretch often and shake off your stress.
  • Take time to listen to the birds sing.
  • Indulge in the sweetness of life over the sweets in your food.
  • There is no need to shout, softer is better.
  • Reduce chemicals and artificial scents in your life. Nature does it best.
  • Insects are not to be feared.
  • The flowers speak, listen.
  • Seek out sunshine and let it warm your heart.
  • Boxes are to be played with, not get stuck inside.
  • Reach out your paw to those in knead/need.
  • Your energy field is bigger than you think.
  • Let your loved ones know when something is bothering you.
  • Sleep with the softest of pillows, fuzziest of blankets and warmest of bodies.
  • It’s always snuggle weather.
